Sloppy Joe Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb ground beef
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium zucchini, chopped
    1 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    2 tablespoons ketchup
    1 -2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    4 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium high, stirring to break up lumps.
    Stir in green pepper, onion, zucchini and tomato. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes.
    Spoon mixture over muffin halves and serve open face.
