Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup malt vinegar
    2/3 cup canola oil
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon crushed garlic (, I use the prepared garlic in jars)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 lb mushroom
Preparation
    Place in jar and mix well.
    Place in fridge and leave for a week.
