Fudgy Coconut Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup butter or 1 cup margarine, softened
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup baking cocoa
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 cup coconut, shredded
    For icing
    2 cups confectioners' sugar
    1/4 cup baking cocoa
    5 tablespoons evaporated milk
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
    Combine flour, cocoa and walnuts; add to the creamed mixture.
    Spread into a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Combine condensed milk and coconut; carefully spread over the hot chocolate layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until coconut is lightly browned.
    Combine icing ingredients until smooth.
    Spread icing over warm bars.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting.
