Protein Pucks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/2 cup hemp protein powder
    1 cup steel cut oats
    1/2 cup almond flour
    1/2 cup flax seed
    1 cup coconut, unsweetened
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds, roasted, no salt
    1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, roasted, no salt
    1 tablespoon cinnamon
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    1 cup almond butter
    1/2 cup honey
    1 cup coconut oil
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup cranberries, dried
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredient together.
    Mix all wet ingredients together.
    Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix well.
    Form into shapes.
    Refrigerate.
