Oriental Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup water
    3 tablespoons lemon juice
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
    1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cornstarch
    2 ounces fresh pea pods
    3/4 cup mushroom, sliced
    3/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    1/2 lb imitation crabmeat
Preparation
    Combine in a bowl water, lemon, soy, sugar, cornstarch.
    In a wok over medium heat stir fry vegetables in oil until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes Remove and add soy mixture.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Add vegetables and crab and heat through.
    Serve over napa cabbage, angel hair pasta or rice noodles.
