Dole'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    2 medium bananas, ripe & mashed (about 1 cup)
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup walnuts, chopped & toasted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl; set aside.
    Beat margarine and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Beat in bananas, sour cream and vanilla until blended. Add flour mixture; beat until just blended. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 5-inch baking pan coated in cooking spray. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in certer comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.
