Healthy Flourless Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup margarine, melted (or butter)
    1 tablespoon molasses
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    10 tablespoons dry skim milk powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    In a bowl, combine melted margarine, molasses, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Stir well.
    In a separate bowl, combine milk powder, baking powder and salt.
    Stir into first mixture.
    Add wheat germ and walnuts.
    Stir just enough to blend.
    Spread in lightly greased 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
    Bake 30 minutes.
