Broccoli With Creamy Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
    4 1/2 teaspoons low-fat sour cream
    1 tablespoon fat free skim milk (I use 2%)
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1 teaspoon lemon, zest of
    1 1/4 cups cooked hot broccoli florets
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients except the broccoli in the top of a double boiler, Cook over simmering water 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly.
    Serve over hot cooked broccoli.
    This is also very good over hot cooked green beans.
