Bhajia Sauce (Spicy Coconut Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small fresh coconut
    1 mango, unripe, sliced
    5 green chilies, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 lime, juice of (optional)
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Grate the coconut meat and place in a liquidizer with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding a little water if the mixture seems too thick.
    Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
