Protein Bread, Machine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup unbleached flour
    1/4 cup ground quinoa
    1/3 cup fine ground soybeans
    1/3 cup fine ground flax seeds
    2 cups shredded carrots
    2 cups skim milk
    2 1/2 teaspoons bread yeast
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons tahini
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Blend the carrots with 1 cup milk until liquidfied.
    Add all liquids to bread pan.
    Add all dry ingredients except yeast.
    Makes small well in the top of the dry ingredients for yeast.
    Set machine for wheat bread and start.
