Fresh Crunchy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 celery, trimmed
    carrot, 2 inch piece
    cucumber, 2 inch piece
    1 mushroom, stalk removed
    1/4 green apple, core removed
Preparation
    Cut the carrot and cucumber in half, lengthways.
    thinly slice all vegetables and apple.
    Toss to combine, and serve as a light lunch, or as a side.
