Barbara Bush'S Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Filling
    2 lemons, zest of, grated
    4 teaspoons lemon juice
    4 tablespoons flour
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 cups granulated sugar
    1 cup shredded coconut
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    Crust
    1 cup margarine
    2 cups powdered sugar
    2 cups all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Mix margarine, powdered sugar' sugar and flour together.
    Spread in 15 x 10-inch jellyroll pan.
    Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes until lite tan. Cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0F Cut into bars.
