Browned Butter Garlic Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces uncooked wide egg noodles
    1/4 cup butter (use only real butter)
    1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
    1/3 cup parmesan cheese or 1/3 cup asiago cheese, shredded
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
    Melt butter in large saucepan. Add garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, watching closely, 3-5 minutes or until butter foams and just starts to turn a delicate golden color. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles until well coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and coarse ground black pepper. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
