Pink Ice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lemons, peel and pith removed, seeded
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 dash red food coloring
    1 cup water
Preparation
    Cut lemons into chunks and combine with the sugar, food coloring, and water in a blender half full of ice -- blend at high speed -- add more ice if too slushy -- or water if too thick.
