Celery Soup (Australia) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups sliced celery
    3 cups chicken stock
    1 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    5 teaspoons all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons milk
    3 cups milk
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Simmer celery and stock until celery is tender.
    Add celery salt and nutmeg.
    Make a paste of flour with 2 tablespoonfuls milk; add to celery, stirring carefully.
    Add 3 cups milk and heat.
    DO NOT BOIL.
    Add cheese and serve hot.
