Crock Pot Hot Buttered Rum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1 pinch salt
    3 sticks cinnamon
    6 whole cloves
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    2 quarts hot water
    2 cups rum
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a crock pot. Stir well. Cover and cook on high 2 hours, then turn on low for 3 hours.
    Serve from crock pot in warm mugs.
