Low-Carb No Sugar Added Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pasteurized liquid egg-whites
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon liquid stevia
    1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    3 1/2 ounces sugar-free applesauce
    4 bananas (ripe and mashed)
    2 cups almond flour
    1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon xanthan gum
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/3 cup whey protein powder (multipurpose unflavored sugar-free)
    1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Preparation
    Blend all liquid ingredients in electric mixer.
    Add all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
    Stir in chocolate chips.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350 degree for 45-60 minutes (or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean).
