Easiest Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups corn oil
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons salt
1 cup coconut
2 jars carrot baby food (Jr. Size)
1 cup nuts
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix with a wooden spoon by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup ground nuts.
