Whole Grain Health Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup ground flax seeds
    3/4 cup oatmeal
    1 cup brown sugar
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 cup shredded carrot
    1 cup finely chopped peeled apple
    1/2 cup raisins
    3/4 cup milk
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    *groundflax seed (measure after grinding; coffee grinder is good for grinding flax seed) Preheat oven to 375.
    Lightly grease muffin tin.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Spoon batter into muffin tins about 3/4 full.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes.
    Makes 12-14 muffins depending on size.
