Gado Gado Lunch Wrap - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup lentils
    1/2 cup quinoa
    1/2 cup bulgur
    1/4 cup peanuts
    1 cup tofu
    1 cup cabbage
    1 cup carrot
    2 green onions
    1/2 cup seedless raisin
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    3 garlic cloves
    2 teaspoons ginger
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    cook lentils, quino and, bulgur.
    Saute or toast tofu.
    Mix the above ingredients with remaining ingredients Chill.
    Wrap filling in tortilla shells.
