Cherry Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb sweet cherries, pitted and halved
1/2 red onion, minced
1/2 cup almonds, lightly toasted and chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon honey
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 lime, juice of
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
julienned mint leaf, a few
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Combine the cherries, onion, almonds, jalapeno, honey and cinnamon in a bowl.
Stir in the lime juice, cilantro and mint leaves.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
