Iced Coffee Chocolate Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups strong coffee (cold)
    3/4 cup chocolate ice cream
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1 cup ice cube
    2 tablespoons Tia Maria (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and using the ice crush setting, whirl until the mixture is thick and frosty.
    Pour cooler immeidately into 4 decorative glasses and serve.
