Pineapple-Banana-Cherry Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces orange juice
    1 banana, broken into 3 pieces
    4 ounces crushed pineapple, in it's own juice
    1 tablespoon soy protein, powder
    1/2 cup frozen cherries
    1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Add all ingredients, starting with liquids first and puree.
    Serve in chilled glass.
