Apple Cinnamon Streusel Muffins - Sugar Free - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 1/4 cups sour milk (include 1 Tbsp vinegar to sour the milk)
    1 1/2 cups finely diced apples
    1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
    Streusel Topping
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
    1/4 cup margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Stir in veg. oil, sour milk, and diced apples.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Set aside.
    Streusel Topping:
    Combine flour and Splenda. Rub in the margarine.
    Pour in the semiliquid ingredients into a well made in the center of the dry ingredients. Stir quickly just until moistened. Spoon the muffin mixture in 18 greased muffin cups, 3/4 full and sprinkle with the struesel topping.
    Bake at 350 F(180 C) for approximately 15 minutes, or until knife inserted in muffin comes out clean.
