Strawberry & Coconut Panna Cotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    270 ml coconut cream
    1/2 cup warm water
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons gelatin
    1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    400 g strawberry yogurt
    300 g strawberries
Preparation
    Combine water, sugar and gelatine in a heatproof jug and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
    Allow to cool for 5 mins then whisk together with the vanilla, coconut cream & yoghurt until smoooth.
    Pour into 1/2 cup moulds & refrigerate until set.
    Serve with fresh strawberries.
