Low-Carb Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup egg substitute (like \"Eggbeaters\")
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute (or 3 packets)
    Equal sugar substitute, tablets crushed
    1 cup crushed ice
    7 ice cubes
Preparation
    Cover and blend on low speed for a few seconds, then on high speed for about 30 seconds.
    When done it should be thick and smooth.
    You can add a touch more water if it's too thick to blend.
    For variation, add 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.
