Moist Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 cups apples, cored and chopped
    1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F/ 177\u00b0C.
    Beat together eggs, sugar and oil with a whisk until well mixed.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Sift dry ingredients into egg mixture and mix well.
    Fold in apples and nuts.
    Pour into 9\"x13\" greased pan.
    Bake for 45-50 minutes or until tested done with toothpick.
    Note: Check around 40 minutes - my oven is usually slower than most.
