Raisin Iron Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1/3 cup molasses
    1/4 cup water
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 cup carrot, grated
    1 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
    1 cup flour
    1/4 cup non-fat powdered milk
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    In a small bowl, sift flour, non-fat dry milk, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
    In a medium bowl, mix oil, molasses,and water.
    Add egg, brown sugar, and carrots.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Add the rolled oats and raisins; mix well.
    Pour into a greased 9-inch pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool for at least 15 minutes.
    Cut into 18 bars.
