Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, whisked
    2 slices bread, cubed (may use low carb bread)
    1/3 cup Bisquick
    10 3/4 ounces cream of onion soup, undiluted
    1/2 teaspoon Emeril's Original Essence
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2/3 cup cheese, shredded (Monterey Jack, Colby, Cheddar or combinination)
    1/3 cup cheese, shredded (for topping)
    1/4 cup bacon bits (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except for the 1/3 cup of shredded cheese in a medium bowl. Grease or spray with non-stick spray a 9 x 11 baking dish. Pour mixture into baking dish and sprinkle on remaining 1/3 cup of shredded cheese and bacon bits if desired. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
