Balsamic Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Preparation

Place all ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to the boil, stirring till sugar dissolves.
Simmer without stirring till syrupy.
Allow to cool.
Use for strawberries.
Keep in sealed container in fridge.
