Chocolate Cake No Eggs Or Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2/3 cup cocoa (can use less)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons vinegar
2/3 cup cooking oil
2 cups water
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients throughly.
Add liquids and mix well with a fork.
Bake at 180 Celcius for 1 1/4 hours. or until cooked when tested with a knife.
The cake can be iced or left plain.
It makes a nice dessert with cream or custard.
