Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
    1 cup water
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1 cup flour
    4 eggs
    1 cup whipping cream, whipped
    icing sugar
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan combine margarine, water and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously.
    Cook and stir till mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating with a wooden spoon after each addition until smooth.
    Drop batter by heaping tablespoons, 3 inches apart, onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400 F for 30-35 minutes, or until golden.
    Cool on a wire rack.
    Slice puffs in half and remove any soft dough inside.
    Fill with whipped cream.
    Replace tops.
    Lightly sift icing sugar over tops.
