Simple Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups cooked rice
    1 egg
    1/2 cup early peas
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/2 cup carrot, julienned
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    soy sauce, to taste
Preparation
    Scramble eggs. Try to break them up as small as possible.
    Heat up oil in medium-sized pan.
    Add in rice, egg, onion, carrots, and peas. Cook 3-5 or until vegetables are tender.
    Heat through, then add in soy sauce.
    Can be served with other ingredients. Mix it up and enjoy!
