Cranberry Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 head cabbage, cut into pieces
    1 cup gorgonzola or 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
    1 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup cashews, chopped
    coleslaw dressing (I use Litehouse)
Preparation
    Chop cabbage into bite size pieces. It is better NOT shredded. Use enough dressing to moisten. Let sit for 1 hour in refrigerator prior to serving.
