Ingredients

1 3/4 cups cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup Crisco
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
24 marshmallows, halves
COCOA GLAZE
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons cocoa
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa -- cream crisco with sugar till fluffy --
Beat in egg, add flour, alternating with milk beating till smooth --
Add vanilla and nuts, drop by tsps on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Remove and top each with glaze.
GLAZE:
Combine all ingredients.
Melt butter and add cocoa and enough powdered sugar to make a glaze.
