Italian Colada Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 ounce Italian brandy
    3/4 ounce white rum
    1/4 ounce amaretto liqueur
    2 ounces pineapple juice
    1/4 ounce coconut cream
    3/4 ounce cream
Preparation
    Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry, and serve.
