Italian Food - cooking recipe

4 garlic cloves, minced
1 yellow onion, diced
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 lb bow tie pasta
8 artichoke hearts
4 chicken breasts, sliced
2 tablespoons oregano
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 tomatoes, sliced
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
8 basil leaves
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Preparation

Boil pasta and put it at the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix in the artichoke hearts.
Saute garlic onions, peppers, and chicken breasts, Add salt, oregano, and crushed red pepper.
Layer the veggies & chicken over the pasta and artichokes.
Top layer will be fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves. Mix them up or stack them to resemble the Italian flag.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. Finish with balsamic vinegar.
