Vitamin Packed Smoothie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup cranberries, frozen whole
1 large carrot, sliced
1 mango, peeled, I only use 1/2
6 strawberries, capped
1/2 cup cantaloupe
1 tablespoon grape juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon Splenda granular
1/4 cup nonfat milk
Preparation

Place all ingredients into the blender and process until smooth-add 2 ice cubes and process until blended into the smoothie. Enjoy!
