Greek Shrimp Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb fresh tomato, chopped
1 large red peppers or 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 lb feta cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons wine vinegar or 2 tablespoons herb-flavored vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
3/4 lb pasta shells, cooked
3/4 lb cooked baby shrimp
Preparation

Mix the first 10 ingredients in large bowl.
Add the cooked pasta and the shrimp.
Toss to blend.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
