Ingredients

1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (Original Blend)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well.
Cover and chill for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Stir when ready to serve.
