Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, quartered
    3 -4 garlic cloves, peeled
    2 tablespoons butter
    1/2 cup nonfat milk, warmed
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Place potatoes and garlic in a large pot and cover with water.
    Bring to a boil then cover and reduce heat.
    Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
    Drain well, then return potatoes to the pot.
    Add the butter, milk and salt and mash well. Stir in Parmesan cheese.
