Pensacola Bushwacker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ounces cream of coconut
    2 ounces coffee liqueur (tia maria,kahlua)
    1 ounce rum (black)
    1 ounce Creme de Cacao
    4 ounces half-and-half
    4 ounces vanilla ice cream (optional)
Preparation
    Pour all ingredients into a blender (ice cream optional) with two cups of ice, and blend until mixed. Serve.
