Perfect No Burn Popcorn - Every Kernal Pops And It'S Healthy Too - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons popcorn
    oil, in a spray
    salt
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Place popcorn in 2 1/2 Quart Pyrex or other microwaveable bowl with a microwave lid. It's best to have lid vented, popcorn expands by violent steam pressure so let it out.
    Microwave on hi for total of 3 minutes regardless if it's all popped or not.
    Remove popped corn and place on flat cookie sheet
    Microwave remaining un-popped kernals for another 2 minutes or til all is popped.
    Spread popcorn on sheet and spray sparingly with oil - I use refillable Mr. Misto with extra virgin olive oil.
    Salt to taste.
    Be careful! Steam is way hotter that boiling water - the bowl is hotter than a SOB! I use my hand to remove popcorn from the pyrex bowl but would be safer with a spoon or spatula.
