Broccoflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broccoflower or 1 cauliflower
1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup grated onion
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Soak broccoflower for 20 minutes in lightly salted water.
Cut into flowerets cutting away thick stems.
Boil flowerets until soft.
Drain and mash throughly.
Blend in remainder of ingredients.
Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 for about 50-60 minutes.
