Rose Flower Icecream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pints heavy cream
    1 cup crushed rose petal
    1 tea spoon rose flower water
    2 cups sugar
    1 tablespoon pink food coloring
    1 tablespoon rose petal jam
Preparation
    heat heavy cream add rose water. and jam.
    remove from heat add rose petals .
    blend with electric mixer and place mixture in ice cream maker.
    serve when firm.
