Grilled Pineapple Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 ounce) cans pineapple juice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon ginger
    2 lbs flank steaks
Preparation
    Prick steak on both sides with fork.
    Whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Pour over meat and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Grill to desired doneness. Cut diagonally into slices.
