Sauerkraut Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup sauerkraut, drained, chopped
    12 ounces semisweet chocolate
    4 cups sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    10 ounces miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Boil sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk to soft boil stage.(234*).
    Add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir till chips are melted.
    Beat in marshmallows and kraut(KRAUT MUST BE WELL RINSED AND DRAINED.ALMOST DRY.).
    Beat till thoroughly combined.and pour into buttered pans to set.
    Cool and cut into squares.
