Blueberry Couscous Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/3 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
    3/4 cup wholewheat couscous
    1 cup blueberries
    1 cup mango, cut into cubes
    1/3 cup red onion, chopped
    2 tablespoons mint, chopped
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Combine oj and water and 1/4 teaspoon salt in saucepan, bring to boil over medium heat and then stir in the couscous; cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. Transfer to bowl and dfluff witha fork; cool 10 minutes.
    Stir in remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt and the remainder of the ingredients.
    Toss to mix well.
