Bok Choy Quinoa Salad With Miso Dressing - cooking recipe

2 cups cooked quinoa
8 cups chopped bok choy
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons miso
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon agave nectar or 1 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a large bowl combine quinoa and bok choy.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to quinoa and toss gently to combine. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
