Carrot Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups carrots, ground
    1 orange
    1 lemon
    3/4 cup water
    4 cups sugar
Preparation
    Cook 2 cups ground carrots with juice of 1 orange and 1 lemon; grate both rinds.
    Add 3/4 cup water and 4 cups sugar, simmer slowly 30 minutes.
    Pour in jelly glasses and seal.
